Yes. No trial period, no credit card required, no expiry date. The free plan includes unlimited transactions, up to 3 accounts, monthly reports, PDF downloads, and CSV import. It stays free as long as Pennify exists.
You immediately unlock unlimited custom categories, unlimited accounts, PDF and image statement import, CSV and Excel export, and priority support. Your existing data stays exactly where it is.
Yes, any time — no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Cancel from your account settings and you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that you return to the free plan and your data stays intact.
Annual billing works out to $3.25/month for Pro (vs $4.99/month) — a 35% saving. You pay upfront for the year. If you cancel, we do not offer partial refunds for unused months, so annual billing works best if you are committed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely — your card details never touch our servers.
If you are charged and feel it was a mistake, email billing@pennify.app within 7 days. We review every request and typically issue refunds for accidental charges. We do not offer refunds for partial months on annual plans.
